All my stations are showing up as offline/unable to create a network map.

Please go into the back office and check to ensure the computer is powered on and responding to mouse/keyboard. Check and see if your server is powered on and responding, then reboot. If the issue persists, please reach out to our support team at 701-205-3019.

My cash drawer won’t open.

Check your printer, as usually the cash drawer is plugged into the printer. If the printer is not working, the cash drawer will not work. Replace the paper on the printer and reboot the printer and station. If the issue persists, please reach out to our support team to assist at 701-205-3019.

How do I complete a credit card refund?

It is possible to run a refund without reaching out to the support team as long as you have the full card number, expiration date and the CVV number or have the card on hand. First, go into a new order and add a negative open priced menu item to the refund price. Go into Misc and hit taxable to make the transaction not taxable, and then go into the payment screen and complete the credit card payment at the negative amount that will refund on their card.
